A tracking number will be sent to you to be informed at any time where it is your package and to be able to choose your time slot so as not to miss your delivery!

Deliveries take place:
From Monday to Friday in the Paris region, province and abroad.

For an order> 50 €: Free

Abroad :
For an order of € 1 to € 149: € 20.00
For an order> 150 €: Free

REFUND POLICY
Satisfied or refunded

If you will not be completely satisfied with the products ordered on our e-shop, please contact:

We then ask you to clearly explain the reason for your dissatisfaction. If we follow up on your request:
  • We reserve the right to request the return at your expense as soon as possible of the products in our original packaging in order to be able to initiate a quality investigation.
  • we will offer you a refund for the product purchased
If the request under the guarantee "satisfied or refunded" relates to an article ordered in several units, we will be able to refund only one article opened and the other articles if they are returned in their original packing.
This "satisfied or refunded" guarantee is limited in time to a period of 15 days following the order. This period is reduced to 7 days for products with cool or short storage.
- Refund
Product refunds are made within a maximum period of 30 days following the date on which the right was exercised. The reimbursement made either by voucher or by credit to the customer's bank account, or by check.
