Sliced Iberico Bellota Loin

Lomo de Bellota selected, with 50% Iberian breed, sliced by machine and presented in vacuum-packed 100g bag: This is a bellota lomo, or filet mignon, to which we have added the classic "pimenton" (paprika), widely used in Spanish gastronomy.

These lomos come only from Iberian pigs raised in freedom in the pastures of the southwest of the Iberian Peninsula where they fed on acorns and natural herbs.

Iberian pork meat, salt, sugar, paprika, preservatives (E250, E252), antioxidant (E300, E301) and spices.
