  • Product details

    Traditional cold cuts made with lean pieces and Iberian pig fat, very finely cut. This preparation is then seasoned with salt, pepper, nutmeg, oregano and garlic and is then pressed into natural pork tripe.

    A different cured sausage, also called in Spanish “salchichón de Bellota ibérico”, with a wild taste due to the Iberian breed.

    Pork meat, Iberian fat, tripe culier, salt, dextrin, milk powder, sugar, dextrose, meat protein, emulgents (E-451i, E-451ii, E-452i, E-452ii, E-452ii, E- 450i, E-450ii), antioxidants (E-331iii, E-301) and spices.
