Acorn-fed Ibérique Bellota cured sausage sliced

Acorn-fed Iberique Bellota sausage, sliced in 100g case: Traditional charcuterie made with lean pieces and Iberian pig fat, very finely cut. This preparation is then seasoned with salt, pepper, nutmeg, oregano and garlic and is then pressed into natural pork tripe.

Pork meat, Iberian fat, tripe culier, salt, dextrin, milk powder, sugar, dextrose, meat protein, emulgents (E-451i, E-451ii, E-452i, E-452ii, E-452ii, E- 450i, E-450ii), antioxidants (E-331iii, E-301) and spices.
