"Germon" white tuna belly in olive oil (ventresca) 110gr zallo

This is the most select part of the "Germon" white tuna which are fished by line, one by one, during the fishing season from June to October in the Bay of Biscay.
This delicate and creamy canned fish, prepared by hand in an artisanal way, is also called Ventresca of white tuna Germon represents only 2% of the total flesh of the fish.
